2009 Annual General Meeting
CBHS advises that our Annual General Meeting this year will be held at 9.00am on Thursday 29 October, 2009 at 10 Pitt St Parramatta, NSW.

Members should note that the Governance Standard referred to in item 5 of the Explanatory Notes to Notice of Meeting was promulgated on 19 September, 2009. The Standard will commence on 1 January, 2010.
