CBHS provides information and material on this Site ('Content') without warranties of any kind either express or implied. All results from calculators on the Site are simulations which are indicative approximations only and constitute neither an offer, nor a quote nor a pre-qualification for cover.
All covers are subject to the Health Benefit Fund Rules, a copy of which can be obtained by contacting the CBHS Member Care Centre on 1300 654 123. In the event of any inconsistency arising between Site Content and the Health Benefit Fund Rules, the Health Benefit Fund Rules will prevail.
Your Risks
You accept all risks relating to potential loss, damage or other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer virus. We recommend that prior to using any downloaded file, you carry out an appropriate virus check.
The Content is provided to you on the basis that you accept full responsibility for assessing its accuracy, currency, reliability and correctness and rely on it entirely at your own risk.
Members should only rely on their own enquiries and seek any assurances or warranties directly from the provider of a service or product.

There is the risk that information sent to or from this Site may be intercepted, corrupted or modified by third parties. CBHS makes no warranty about the strength or effectiveness of the encryption of information sent across this Site and CBHS is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to information provided by users over this Site.
In using this Site you agree you will not seek to hold CBHS, its employees or agents liable for any unauthorised disclosure, damage, loss or corruption of Content.
You further acknowledge that risks of damage to your software, hardware or stored information may arise due to your use of this Site.
