- Fast and simple claiming - Claiming with CBHS is quick and easy. A lot of providers are equipped so you can claim on the spot using your membership card. On the rare occasion you can't, benefits will be paid within 5 days of receipt of your claim by post, fax or email.
- Member satisfaction - Our members are consistently satisfied with the service CBHS offers. Research conducted in 2007 shows at least 98 percent of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with their CBHS membership.

www.ahia.com.au - The Australian Health Insurance Association (AHIA) is the Australian private health industry's peak representative body that represents 23 health funds throughout Australia and collectively covers approximately 94% of the private health insurance industry.
