Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
150g chicken thigh fillets
2 small onions
3 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato
250ml tomato simmer sauce

Make it Happen
Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets.

Wash, peel and dice onion. Peel garlic. Rinse tomatoes and dice roughly. Arrange chicken, onion, garlic in an oven safe dish or in a deep medium sized pot.

Pour tomato sauce over the ingredients, it should just cover the ingredients. Bake at 200 degrees or simmer on gentle heat for 25 minutes. Add diced tomato and simmer for another 10 minutes, mixing gently and serve.
