Problem Solution Outcome
I am trying to logon but can't get past the Login Screen. Go to Tools and turn off Pop-up Blocker*. You should now be able to click on Login and continue with your patient eligibility check.
I have entered the provider name, number, password and contact officer but I still can't logon. Check that the:
  • Provider number has been entered with no leading zeros.
  • That all alpha characters are in upper case.
  • That the password has been entered correctly (NB: Password is case sensitive).

You should now be able to continue with your eligibility check.

If not, contact CBHS on 1300 654 123 and ask for Provider Relations who will assist or contact Provider Relations direct on 02 9843 7620.

 

*If popups are disabled on your computer, please follow the below instructions:

1. From the internet task bar, please select Tools >> Internet Options

2. Select the Security tab

3. Select Trusted Sites from the website Security Zones and select Sites

4. Enter https://www.helper.com.au into the text box and press Add

5. Select OK
