Welcome to the new financial year. Your Tax Statement for the 2009/2010 financial year is now available to be downloaded from cbhs.com.au. Information contained in this statement may be useful when lodging your tax return.

The Tax Statement includes details of premiums received for your membership by CBHS during the tax year along with premium reductions received from the Federal Government
 
What to do with your CBHS Tax Statement?
  
Retain a copy of your Tax Statement when submitting your tax return. By doing this, it will ensure that if you did not receive the Federal Government Rebate as a reduction in your premium from CBHS or as a direct payment from the Government, you will be able to claim the rebate on your tax return.

 Accessing your Tax Statement online

Click here and follow the below instructions to view your Tax Statement.

1. Log on to the Online Member Service Centre by entering in your CBHS membership number and password.

2. From the left hand menu, click on Tax Statements.

3. Click on the tax year you wish to view and/or print.

4. A PDF of the statement will open for you to print.

A copy of your Tax Statement for the current tax year can also be found in your CBHS Inbox on the left hand menu bar.
