- Fast and simple claiming - Claiming with CBHS is quick and easy. If your provider is equipped you can claim on the spot with your membership card, otherwise claims can be submitted to CBHS online, by email, fax or post. Benefits are paid within 5 days of receipt of your claim.
- Member satisfaction - Our members are consistently satisfied with the service CBHS offers. Research conducted in 2009 shows at least 98 percent of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with their CBHS membership.
- Private hospital agreements - Through our association with many other health funds, we have national coverage with Private Hospitals. That means in almost every case you can go to the Private Hospital of your choice.
