Whether you’re reading our website or speaking to one of our representatives, all the information you need is clear and simple to understand.
Our policy documentation is also designed to be easy to read, so that you can make informed decisions about signing up for our products and services. If you have any questions, our friendly team members are happy to help you out with a plain-English explanation.
We know that your privacy is important to you, and we make every effort to keep your information secure. All communications between CBHS and members are kept secure according to federal and state privacy principles. Our IT system and internal processes have also been set up to keep your data safe and sound.
Our staff are here to help, and if you ever encounter any problems we encourage you to use our internal dispute resolution procedures. We respect and look after your rights as an insured party every step of the way, so we will also keep you informed of external dispute resolution procedures if necessary.
