Our policy documentation is also designed to be easy to read and understood, so that you can make informed decisions about signing up for our products and services. If you have any questions, our friendly team members are happy to help you out with a plain-English explanation.

We know that your privacy is important to you, and we make every effort to keep your information secure. All communications between CBHS and members are kept secure according to Federal and State privacy principles. Our IT system and internal processes have also been set up to keep your data safe and sound.

Looking after your rights

Our team are here to help. If you ever encounter any problems we encourage you to use our internal dispute resolution procedures. We will do everything to ensure you get a fair and reasonable outcome under our internal dispute resolution procedures; and if you not happy with the outcome, we will help refer your concern to  an external dispute resolution body.
