We’re now open longer for you!

Because we understand life can be busy…

From 1 August 2013, your dedicated MemberCare Centre will be open from 7am to 7pm (AEST) Monday to Friday; that’s great news for our Family Members in SA, WA and NT who need a little extra time in the day.

This means you’ll be able to call us when it's best for you – when your day is wrapped up, the kids are in bed, or when you have time at the end of your day.

We are committed to continuously improving our service to you, Members of our CBHS Family. From your feedback we recognise that exceptional service is one of the most important aspects of your experiences with us.

If you ever need our support outside our new extended hours, we have also introduced our Member Q&A Centre via our Facebook page and invite you to please post or PM us any questions and take advantage of your travel time….but please, not while you’re driving!
