If you like getting paid quickly (don’t we all!), and sorting things out conveniently on your computer or phone, you’ll love our online eClaims system.
It’s the easiest it’s ever been. Letting you type in the details of your claim, upload receipts, and - for eligible items - fast track payment within 1-2 working days.
All you need to do is login to the Member Centre (it’s easy to register, if you haven’t already).
Then, look for the ‘Claims’ option in the menu bar at the top of the webpage.
Select or add the provider number which you'll find on your receipt. Type in the details of treatments or services. Upload a copy of your receipt - either scanned or a photo on your phone. And you’re done.
We’ll tell you straight away what can be fast tracked, and what claims will have to be reviewed by our Claims Team. We’ll then confirm the details in an email.
Of course, you can still claim by post, fax or email. It’s all part of our commitment to you to make life easier, and more convenient.
