CBHS and CAN4CANCER 2018

Over 134,000 Australians are diagnosed with cancer every year.

Almost all of us will know someone or be personally affected by cancer in our lifetime.

That’s why we are proud that CBHS is partnering with Commonwealth Bank to support Can4Cancer for a second year, continuing the fight to find a cure.

What is Can4Cancer?

Can4Cancer is a CommBank Foundation community initiative. Partnering with Tour de Cure, they raise vital funds to find preventions and a cure for cancer.

All money raised from fundraising activities goes towards cancer research, developing treatments for cures and supporting projects which provide financial assistance and practical help to patients, families and caregivers.

You can change lives

Last year we helped Commonwealth Bank raise more than $1.58 million!

This year we aim to be bigger and better – and we’d like your help.

CBHS is encouraging its members, staff, families and friends to help reduce the impact of cancer. By making small lifestyle changes - like taking daily walks, being sun conscious, or eating more fruit and vegetables – you can make the change that ends cancer.

How we’ll help you

Over the coming months we will be providing you with tips and tricks on how to lead a cancer-smart lifestyle as well as ensure that your health and wellness is in top shape. These tips will be in the form of articles and videos for you to enjoy! CBHS are more than great health insurance. We’re also committed to your health and happiness.

Our goal

This year, CBHS are aiming to raise much needed funds towards the prevention and a cure of breast, brain, pancreatic and prostate cancer.
