A message from the Company Secretary

The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CBHS Health Fund Limited (CBHS) was held virtually on Thursday, 4 November 2021.
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank those members who attended and to advise members of the results of the AGM.

Election of Directors:
In accordance with clause 5.6(b) of the Constitution, Peter MacCuspie and Fintan Thornton, were elected as Directors.

AGM 2021 details

Meeting date and location
Due to current COVID-19 social distancing requirements and having regard to the health and safety of our members and staff, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CBHS Health Fund Limited will be held as a virtual meeting on Thursday, 4 November 2021 at 9:00am (AEDT).

Attending the meeting online
Members will be able to submit questions at the AGM and in advance by emailing company.secretary@cbhs.com.au. Questions in advance should be submitted by no later than 9:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 3 November 2021.

Registrations to join the AGM will commence at 8:30am (AEDT) on Thursday, 4 November 2021. Please refer to the virtual AGM FAQs for further information.
