Who can join CBHS?
CBHS is a restricted not-for-profit health fund, for current and former employees of the Commonwealth Bank Group (CBA Group) and their families, employees of CBA Group contractors and franchisees and their families. More information on eligibility available here.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

No! The more you refer, the more you could earn. You'll be rewarded with prepaid Visa gift cards, and they'll be rewarded with great health cover. Every new member benefits our member-owned fund for all, by helping us grow sustainably. This helps place downward pressure on premiums. So it's feel-good benefits all round!

Who will contact my referral?

One of our dedicated Health Sales Specialists will contact your referral on the contact details you provide. Please make sure you have their permission to share their details with us. When you submit your referral we will send them an SMS letting them know they've been referred and to expect our call.

How will I know if my referral has joined?

We protect the privacy of all members and referrals, which means we can't discuss the details of anyone else's application or membership with you. However, feel free to reach out to the person you referred and see how it's all going!

When will I receive my gift cards?

You'll receive your gift card/s after your referral has been a member for three months. Both your memberships will need to be paid up-to-date at this time. Our supplier will issue the card/s during the fourth month, to the address we have on file for you - so make sure this is up-to-date.
