Designed for maximum weight loss
In 2017–18, around two-thirds (67%) of adults and one-quarter (25%) of children and adolescents were overweight or obese. That is not good news. Being overweight or obese means you’re more likely to suffer from a range of chronic diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, stroke and some cancers.
The good news is, losing just a few kilos can bring significant health benefits.
That is why we have partnered with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, Australia’s leading scientifically proven weight loss program. The online program combines a high protein, low GI diet with powerful online tools for maximum weight loss. It is designed to help you form healthier eating habits that can guide you towards successful long-term weight management and healthier living.
The program offers you the support you need to achieve your weight loss goals. The innovative tracking tools encourage and support you on your journey towards a healthier weight. You will learn how to feed your body the nutritious food it craves,
and by the end of the program you should feel healthier, leaner, and more in control of your weight.
The program also includes positive psychology tools to boost your wellbeing. Weight loss isn’t just about diet, exercise, or the way your body looks – it's also about the way you feel about yourself and the way you look at the future. With
this enhancement we complete our Total Wellbeing approach to health and weight loss: a balance between physical and psychological wellbeing.
