Berry chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

 

Method

  1. Put berries into a glass container, add chia seeds, milk, vanilla essence and maple syrup and stir well to combine.
  2. Put into the fridge to set for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Enjoy as is or add extra fruit or crushed nuts/seeds if you like.
