Whitecoat’s directory includes more than 250,000 healthcare providers and over 750,000 customer reviews. Simply find, choose and review your healthcare provider based on your experience.

What does this mean for you?

Next time you visit a healthcare professional and submit a claim, you may receive a Whitecoat survey with four short questions asking you to rate your experience. The goal is to enable others, just like you, to be more informed when choosing a healthcare provider.

The survey will be sent to you via SMS and you may receive a friendly email reminder a few days later. It only takes about 20 seconds to complete and is a great way to give feedback about your provider

All reviews are completely anonymous, and moderated according to the Whitecoat moderation guidelines, then shared on the practitioner’s Whitecoat directory listing.
