Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (or 1 small tub ChobaniFit or YoPro protein yoghurt)
  • ½ cup fruit of choice e.g. frozen/fresh berries
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or dark chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. Add yoghurt into a medium bowl. Add berries and fold into yoghurt.
  2. Place a generous tbsp of yoghurt mixture on a baking paper lined tray to make approx. 8 portions.
  3. Microwave peanut butter in small bowl for 30 seconds, then drizzle on top of each portion
  4. Freeze uncovered until solid, about 2-4 hours

Notes:

  • You can add 3 tbsp of protein powder to Greek yoghurt as an alternative to protein yoghurt
  • Fruits are fully customisable – you can use banana, mango etc.

Why it’s good for you:

  • Protein from yoghurt and peanut butter can assist with muscle recovery and keeping you fuller for longer.
  • Fruits are high in fibre and act as a natural sweetener to reduced added sugar intake.
