CBHS Web Chat Terms of Use

CBHS Web Chat is a service established and maintained by CBHS Health Fund Limited ACN 087 648 717. You should periodically refer to these Terms of Use as they may be updated from time to time without notice.

This service enables a CBHS Member Care representative to interact and assist you to use the CBHS Website and Member Service Centre to discuss your health insurance needs and/or respond to any questions you may have regarding your CBHS health insurance cover.

Your participation in a CBHS Web Chat session constitutes acceptance of the CBHS CBHS Website Terms & Conditions Terms & CBHS CBHS Website Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions, Member Centre Terms & Conditions  and CBHS CBHS Privacy Policy Policy which are incorporated by reference in these Terms of Use .

During the course of your CBHS Web Chat session with a CBHS Member Care representative, you may be required to provide us with personal or sensitive information (Personal Information) including:

  • (a) Your full name;
  • (b) Your residential and/or postal address;
  • (c) Your date of birth; and
  • (d) Health information relating to you or another person.

By providing us with Personal Information you agree (and have obtained the consent of any other person you provide us with information about) to the transmission of Personal Information at your own risk.

Any Personal Information you provide during your CBHS Web Chat session will be securely retained for recording, quality monitoring and training purposes and handled in accordance with the CBHS Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that CBHS may terminate your use of CBHS Web Chat if you breach these Terms of Use.
