Agreement reached between CBHS Group and UnitingCare Queensland hospitals
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve successfully reached an agreement in principle with UnitingCare hospitals. As a result, UnitingCare hospitals have withdrawn their notice of termination to allow a new agreement to be finalised.
This agreement ensures that CBHS members will have no additional out-of-pocket expenses when they receive treatment at UnitingCare hospitals. The hospitals in the UnitingCare group are:
- Buderim Private Hospital
- St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital
- St Stephen’s Hospital Hervey Bay
- The Wesley Hospital (Auchenflower)
Going to hospital in the future?
You can find a list of CBHS agreement hospitals here. If you’re going to hospital, we always recommend you contact your chosen hospital to confirm what your out-of-pocket costs will be.
