Support your nutritional needs

CBHS Better Living programs include nutritional support for people living with long-term chronic health conditions. Our dietitians can provide expert nutrition and dietary advice for people of all ages, helping you decide what foods are right for you and your health, and offering tasty recipe or meal ideas. You’ll need to hold an appropriate level of CBHS Hospital or packaged cover to participate. Read more about our Better Living Program.

Achieve a healthy weight

Your CBHS health cover qualifies you for a 20% discount on the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, a scientifically proven - and healthy - way to lose weight that has helped thousands of Australians. Read more about the CSIRO diet.

Consult a dietitian

It’s worth consulting your GP or a professional dietitian if you’re considering making any radical changes to your diet. Some crash diets can limit the intake of certain food groups which won’t help your overall nutrition or health. Your CBHS Extras cover includes an allowance you can use for consults with a dietitian.
